Stainless steel has a reputation for being hard to clean.... but if you - a) make sure the pan is hot enough when you start cooking - b) leave to cool down after cooking - c) leave to soak in water after cooking - d) use metal wire balls when washing up... it'll be easy to clean.

Very good pan and quality. You have to relearn how to use a pan but it’s totally worth it. Non stick, easy cleaning.
