**Q: can this be used in the sea?**
A: I use it on a Sea Loch in Scotland but you have to be careful about the weather and tides. I bought an electric outboard as rowing can be heavy in sea conditions.

**Q: Is the pump a manual or cigarette lighter**
A: Manual but I just just the compressor at the local fuel station

**Q: Can you use an electric pump?**
A: Yes, that’s what we do in conjunction with a power adapter that plugs into the power socket in the car.

**Q: Would this be suitable for a 3 person river paddle over 50 miles?**
A: If your asking if it would stay afloat, yes. I’m not sure how long 50 miles would take to travel, nor how comfortable the boat would be for prolonged periods. It is as it appears to be...a dingy.

This is a great boat - we wanted to be able to enjoy paddling around on the river for no particular reason other than to enjoy paddling around, and it is perfect for that. The customer service was great - we had a minor issue with the boat and it was replaced very quickly and efficiently. Pros: great boat and plenty of fun; surprisingly small when deflated given its size on the water. Cons: slow and not very easy to row efficiently with the oars provided - we will probably buy longer oars at some point. This isn't an issue though; the boat doesn't pretend to be speedy - it's a pleasure boat and gives plenty of it.
