The 'manual' that comes with it is completely worthless. Calling it instructions for use/manual/or anything similar is a joke. I will follow the instructions of a previous purchaser and try to obtain more info by sending an email (can't find ANY form of a website btw). For example - when should you use the pan versus the rack versus the basket? I haven't yet figured out how to adjust the temp manually or change it from one of the pre-set options on the menu either. Another IMPORTANT item to note is if you want to flip food over during the cooking process, how do you stop the machine? Well, it turns out when the tiny red light within the blue fan is illuminated, that indicates 'cooking'. When it isn't illuminated, it is safe to open the fryer basket (a lot of trial and error to figure this out - why are the most basic of instructions NOT included???). I'm certain when I get more info I will like this air fryer more, but for now, it's not getting 5 stars simply due to the lack of user instructions. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product terrible manual *by A***E on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on January 27, 2018* Product is great; user manual is awful. Broken incorrect English and the statement to see the chart below for cooking times and then there is no chart.
