Still have 'problem' areas but really has improved the overall look of the skin on my thighs. My only negative comment would be it really doesn't last long - I've been using it on the tops of my legs, twice a day (as recommended), for the past eight days and the tube is starting to feel pretty empty. At £35 a pop I simply can't afford to buy it again knowing it won't last very long.
