And they worked , I guess on the buckle, as many reviewers asked.. regular one was that we got.. though the previous version shouldn't have been such a problem, not typical for North American market - maybe, but if not stressed about - would have been more convenient to "buckle' it in, once the length adjusted.. rather than buckling rubber strap every time or keeping it more loose for the leg simply go in and out (hense more wobbly and unstable when walking). They are beautiful and she absolutely loved them.They fit well. She wears a 9 but I wanted her to use them all summer so ordered the 9.5. It is a soft material and the fit was close to perfect with a little amount of room for growth. My daughter wears an 11 and that is what I ordered, I think a 10.5 would be too tight this size worked out.My biggest downside to this shoe was the buckle it is very strange to figure out it has to loop through an additional buckle to stay in place.
