There was also nothing else in the box like instructions. Is that normal?** A: I had instructions in mine but they are all the same that's how mine arrived, you have to make a gallon at a time which I hated because they state must be used in 4 hrs for the most effect. By the tablets, unless you are planning on using a large amount at one time. 1 tbsp to one gallon **Q: Can this chemically break down uric acid from cat urine? I saw previous Q&A's saying it does, but those have since been deleted for some reason...** A: I have never personally use the products with cat I know that it is an enzyme-based that are designed to attack the urine crystals and break it down rather then just removing the stain. It does not just mask the order. I would look at this product from odormute in particular cause it eliminates all odors even skunk. image1.jpeg **Q: Is odormute safe for outside grass an plants?** A: I have used it so many times. Never had a problem with the plants. It could be that it changes the ph in the soil making it better for the plants. Grass has a tendency to die where dogs pee a lot, and this product neutralizes it. **Q: Can this be used in a carpet shampooer?** A: I have used it in my carpet shampooed. Just make your mixture and use it instead of cleaning solution. I have used it as a rinse after cleaning up the "accident". It works very well.
