Had problem initially as every morning I used to get leaked diaper with everything from his dress to bed spread and blankets getting wet. This forced me to try all the brand of diapers available from Amazon with no positive result. All had the same issue but felt that absorption of Dignity is better than other brands.So decided to stick with Dignity and tried to do some adjustment with the diaper as Dignity is not selling SMALL size diaper. My father-in-law's body frame is very very thin. Therefore, the diaper is not snug fit. my husband came with the idea of stapling the diaper with 2 staplers on both sides of the leg opening. We tried that and it is working beautifully. NO MORE LEAKED DIAPERS.
