It fits so nicely on my petite frame and takes the weight of the water off my upper back and onto my lower body. Today I put my phone in the side pocket of my capris and stuffed my packable rain jacket in here instead. I also had a 24 oz water bottle, some energy food, Kleenex and chapstick. There was still room for a few other small things. Everything for a mid distance hike with rain in the forecast. The only drawback I’ve found so far is that it seems to loosen just a little after a few miles of walking.
