I got my drive in 1 day, was shipped from a local warehouse here in the Indianapolis area. Put drive in my Synology 5 disk array. Opened up details after installing and it showed 0 hours used. So, at least in this case, looks like I got a drive that was never used but was sent back to seller for a reason not related to repairs. Rebuilt my 40TB raid array with no issues. Ran full SMART test. No errors at all. Running very quiet and running at similar temperatures to my other 4 drives in system. I got the refurbished versions but i have had 0 issues and have clean sectors and health all the time. Very surprised with how much space you get for the price. 2 YEAR UPDATE: 2 years later these things are still running strong CRAZY how expensive they are now.
