Superb customer service! *by C***. on Reviewed in the United States on October 5, 2018* My 4-year-old daughter often complained that long car rides were too boring. That has completely changed after I gave her this -- she LOVES the product! She loves the rainbow / lollipop pattern and the fact that she can store her crayons and markers on the side. It is pretty sizeable (plenty of room for regular-sized paper and more), but not too big. It is very comfortable for her.Autozon's customer service is also SUPERB. When we had had the product for only about a week, I left crayons in the pockets while it was around 100 degrees outside, not realizing that the crayons would melt... They stuck to the pockets and seat tray. In trying to remove the crayons with a knife, I damaged the pockets and I couldn't completely get it off the tray. My daughter was devastated. When I contacted the company, the owner sent us a new one free of charge, which was greatly appreciated! I purchased this for my Granddaughter. I put her in her car seat then I put this on her lap to strap on, she let me know she did not like it all all.! She is 2 and is a larger than average size 2 year old. So, it wasn't heavy on her. I then brought the tray in the house and put some of her toys on it to get her used to it. I had her sitting in my lap, the tray on her lap. Once I tried putting the strap behind her she again let me know that wasn't happening!
