    Does the job but with trade-offs

I needed to install this in a fire rated wall.  To be truly fire rated, it should have a seal around the entire frame, it does not.  There is some play in the door when closed, so if it is being installed near an appliance that vibrates, such as a furnace, there will be some rattling.  I made it work by installing some fire rated weather stripping which eliminated the rattling.
