Had a different brand (single arm) I bought in 2020 which broke after 5 years. While I was happy with the old one, the NB North Bayou Dual Arm 2 in 1 is better in every way, from build quality, clamp quality and much better positioning of my laptop while I work. PRO - Heavy duty, the box was so heavy I was concerned it was too much, but it wasn't PRO - Simple, effective design, it just works PRO - Includes all the hardware, screws and tools required to assemble PRO - Cord management, cords are secure and out of the way but with the play needed when moving the laptop or monitor PRO - Assembly is intuitive and easy, though when you open the box and see all the parts you may initially feel otherwise PRO - The NB North Bayou Dual Arm 2 in 1 mount is extremely well packaged, open the box, everything is wrapped in plastic and has its own space in the protective packaging. Smaller or more fragile items (the plastic slider brackets which hold the sides of the laptop to keep it from moving are the only potentially fragile parts, but they are tucked out of harms way) CON - The assembly manual is very basic and poorly written but has good illustrations for both the parts list and assembly, it's all you need because it's a simple process which took me about 30 minutes, even with limited written instructions. CON - The threaded holes to mount the laptop stand to the swing arm are initially hard to get the mounting screws through. I was able to use the included screws and a mini ratchet wrench I have to get the screws started and then tightened and loosened the screws which made it easier to get them started when mounting the laptop stand.
