So please consult your PT to make sure your neck condition is suitable for neck traction before purchasing. Neck circumference: 13.7-16.8 inches, Neck height: 3.2-4.7 inches. It takes a few minutes to understand that one pulls the side of the neck support off it’s fixing …there is a small Velcro like tab to indicate which one to pull off…. it does need just a little ‘wiggling’ as well as a ‘pull’ to release it. The support provided is good tho so generally thumbs up
