I got these for those days where I just want to ride at the park without having to put on my cycling shoes or tennis shoes directly on eggbeater pedals (not very comfortable). They pop on easily but you need to use a screwdriver to pry them off. I think they work great for parks/ neighborhood riding, which is what they are intended for. Would not use them on the trail.
