## Questions & Answers

**Q: is it easy to fold every day? does it need unscrewing? whats the depth after folding?**
A: Mine does not actually close all the way - and in the photo’s it also shows it in a “closed” position - 2/3 of the way

**Q: Does anyone have one of these that actually closes all the way?  Please DON'T BOTHER with a non-answer**
A: After use, you can fold it up using the hydraulic system to save space. If you want to lay it completely flat like original packing state, you'll need to remove the screws.

**Q: My treadmill "micro pauses" as im running, i have checked all the parts and lubricated it, every 30 or so steps it jolts at a sudden slower speed?**
A: Never had that problem. Me and my boyfriend both use it every day no issues

**Q: Does it have a heart rate monitor?**
A: It has built-in sensors on the handrail for heart rate monitor, it also has speed control buttons on

I had some issues when I first received the treadmill but got it straightened out with customer support. They were so friendly. The only con I would say is if you’re a really tall person this treadmill may be too small for your stride but it’s sturdy even at higher speeds and it’s quiet.
