Unfortunately the first one I received had some damage to the label, ut after emailing Premier Life, I very quickly (within about 20 minutes) received a response and a print at home label to return the item. As I don't have access to a printer, I replied requesting a label to be posted which arrived after a couple of days, and a few days later after returning the original item a replacement arrived which was in pristine condition. The bottle itself is really nice.
