Although we had a few challenges with the items we do understand that they are fairly new on the market and the next generations will be much better than the version we purchased.The seller are extremely professional and I was very responsive to our concern when we pointed out some of the issues we had with the devices. They didn’t try make excuses about the issues we raised instead, they immediately acknowledged them, asking us to submit pictures, offered to resolve our issues and promised to make improvements on the items for future customer satisfaction.
