It works really well, and setting the bar down is very quiet, which is important for a home gym. A five-foot bar is a little cramped with the feet of the racks getting in the way, but a six-foot bar gives plenty of space between them. Putting them together took only a few minutes. These are very sturdy. I had 135 pounds on the bar then I sat on it. No problem for these guys. Plates are easy to put on the bar because you have clearance before you hit the ground. You can raise the racks higher for bent-over rows or straight leg deadlifts for those with less flexibility. The racks are easy to move for storage until your next dead lift day. Recommended. ### ⭐ Feet don’t fit and missing parts *by N***A on December 13, 2024* Exactly zero of the feet fit onto the metal. And this arrived missing the plastic inserts that keep the adjustable top portion from wobbling. Completely useless. And only had a thirty day return window so I’m out of luck and $100.
