BUT it's exactly the right height for sleeping on, very supportive, and (imo) comfortable. Most importantly, it WORKS. I went from waking up about 95% of nights with severe pain to waking up 5% of nights with mild pain (because my ear sometimes slips off the hole). Not perfect, but close enough.The zipper on the pillow case is difficult to find; at first I was aggravated that it didn't seem to have a removable case...but it does. You just have to hunt for that very subtly placed zipper. All in all, the quality seems very high.If you can afford it -- because the price is kind of ridiculous, granted -- this is definitely worth trying out. Sleep is important, and I never want to sleep without this pillow again.One suggestion to the manufacturer: better color options would be good.
