I did notice that not too long after buying up that the back heel started coming loose, so I used crazy glue to help hold it, & it’s held up. I’ve worked 3-4 days a week in these. They are easy to clean, not real expensive, & they fit well, & my feet aren’t killing me from standing for 6-7 hours a shift. I do have a 2nd pair of work shoes, but I don’t like them as much, so I am finally purchasing my 2nd pair of these Avia shoes. The old ones are starting to fall apart a bit. If you work part-time they should last you. I am not in love with these but they work for me.
