The goal of using this product is to improve the mobility of my fingers and strengthen my forearm. I have been using the product for a month and the results have been favorable. I highly recommend it.

I only just started using it, but I feel that my grip strength is improving and it's a nice forearm exercise as well. My only issue is that the hole for the thumb is a little small, but it still works even if it can't go entirely on my thumb.

I love using this thing! Whenever I have down time, I use it to help strengthen my grip. I only just started using it, but I feel that my grip strength is improving and it's a nice forearm exercise as well. My only issue is that the hole for the thumb is a little small, but it still works even if it can't go entirely on my thumb.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Mixed feelings about this

I think it does it's job, we got this for my son who is very active in sports both football and basketball and for someone in middle school this works well for him, he has smaller fingers and fits well. This doesn't fit as well for people with bigger fingers and hands. This feels like really good quality the rubber around the fingers are really thick and durable, it is easy to adust for greater strength, the pin holes look small but easily expand to fit the wrist wrap. The wrist wrap is easy to adjust and that works with bigger wrists.
