I don't personally use this for facial tissues, but I do use it for things, like squashing bugs, picking up dog poop (old dog), cleaning up little messes, etc. I suppose if you bought really fancy toilet paper, that was very soft, and you didn't have any allergies, this would be a great thing instead of Kleenexes. If you don't have particular sensitive skin, this is a great and cheaper option for facial tissue.Everything works very smoothly, it's easy to get the toilet paper up through the hole and it doesn't get ripped off in such a way that you have to keep opening the container to make it work. Rolling action is quite smooth, which is what you want when you're trying to dispense tissue. Sometimes it rips up into smaller little pieces, but it's not a big deal and it's probably more me not using it correctly.
