Prevention is key, however, if you catch anything it always start in your nose and throat, and thats when this spray is crucial. They have the betadine spray for throat too, so buy them together. Using it regularly it will significally weakened the bug going down your chest until is out. The spray does it, and our family swears by it. 4 years of experience, times 4 people, equals solid proof of effectiveness.
