I have suffered severe eczema my entire life.** A: I paid full price. This is a very good moisturizer, and very gentle even for sensitive areas. But will it help severe eczema? I don't think it worked any better than other colloidal oatmeal creams. Moisturize dry areas? yes. Calm itchy painful oozing? no. I'll add that when I used this, I was also using topical meds almost daily. In my experience, the eczema came back worse and worse as long as I used steroids/protopic.
