After an MRI came back near perfect, the orthopedic specialist called it tendonitis. Along with Glucosamine, tumeric, and collegan, I take 4000mg of this a day and I think my tendonitis is manageable. I still hike and walk and try to workout. Stretching is still huge, so is yoga. Ran out a while back and tried to give it a go without both this and the glocosamine and I was in a lot of pain.
