I mostly follow this, but for the second largest (medium) one. This one is used the most in my kitchen and I throw it into the dishwasher (top rack) about twice a week. They are still perfect. No cracks or breaking. I wash them by hand. I don't think you should put them in the dishwasher. I use them all the time and it's nice to always have a cutting board on hand. The smallest size is a little too small to be very useful, except as a personal cheese board or serving tray for a small amount of something.
