Fits my Out n About nipper perfectly with multiple slots for the straps to come through at different heights, and it is also the perfect length to sit on the foot plate at the bottom. It feels like high quality shower proof fabric outside (not tested in the rain yet to see how waterproof it actually is) and the inside is very warm cosy thick fleece. My 18mth old is very happy in it, snuggled in straight away. Everything I wanted!
