I struggle with eczema and melanocytosis and it has helped tremendously to balance my skin tone and fade dark areas/spots. I've been using this for about 4 months now and I don't plan on stopping. I normally use exfoliating gloves to apply the lather all over my body and scrub in a circular motion for a minimum of 5 minutes. Be advised; use a moisturising lotion right after because it can cause extreme dryness.
