The first pair we ordered last year was worn all year long — they were incredibly soft, fuzzy, comfortable, and held up really well with regular use. The second pair unfortunately had a defect where the strap came unattached on the first wear. That said, customer service was excellent — they were quick to respond and immediately sent a replacement, which we really appreciated.
