If you have pills in a pill pack and take them out to set up for week or two, this item is for you. I set up 2 weeks at a time and I have one pill that is always a pain to get out of packaging. Broke into multiple pieces!I just received this today and I was really excited to use it. One of my medications comes in sheets of blister packs, and my disability makes it difficult for me to get them out. Unfortunately this thing is a piece of junk. It broke my pill into multiple pieces, only one of which landed in the reservoir. The other pieces fell out of the pack after I removed the device, I still think I’m missing a piece. I put all of the pieces I can find into the reservoir, strictly for the photo here. I can’t waste my medicine like this!

I hate bubble pack meds. This tool is amazing! Solidly constructed and the cup that catches the pills is a big plus. If you regularly take meds in a bubble pack, buy this!

One of my medications has always been very difficult for me to access. I got this device thinking it would work. It didn't. Even using all my strength, I couldn't break through. It ended up breaking the pill up. It may work for other medications, but for this particular medication it was useless. Updated 10/9/23 I thought I had used the device correctly as there wasn't any instructions. As this medication is only weekly, I tried it again but the opposite way and it worked perfectly. So instead of trying to push the medication through the plastic; use the plunger on the plastic side and it works fine. My mistake was thinking the plastic part needed to be in the cut out portion part to work. Very sorry for the confusion.

May be good for some pills but didn’t work on mine

I was afraid to get one of these. However, I am SO glad I did. The first 2 or 4 pills I popped out with it were a small learning curve, but then it was EASY to get the rest out of the stupid package they come in. I popped out 15 in no time to fill my pill containers. It is bigger then I expected, but seems to fit well in my smaller hands. Easy to maneuver, and figure out how to use. I am beyond happy I purchased this handy lil tool!

This device works perfectly to take those pills out of the little packet things

This is what every older person could use. The problem is, it doesn't actually pop the pill from the plastic safety seal. It just crushed the pill inside the sealed pocket.
