I ordered a size 12, but it seemed like 2 sizes too small....that's probably because it was. I wear a 14 in pants lol. I was definitely not living reality at the time I ordered. However, I was able to lace it up enough to see the general look of it. I REALLY liked it. The fabric was a nice quality, it was thick like a nice formal dress should be, but there wasn't so much fabric that you're gonna be sweating during your first dance (unless you're a naturally sweaty person like I am). It was not very heavy, you could wear it on a nice spring day outside. The shape of the dress is perfect. I'm a chunky monkey, but this thing (with the help of my friend tightening up the lace) accentuated all the right curves and made be feel hott.The 2 reasons I didn't go with this dress (yet, I may change my mind):1. you can wear the dress without the belt, but under the belt is a small seam where the waist of the dress meets the bottom of the dress. It's really not bad looking, it's sewn together well and evenly. No one would probably notice it, just me cuz I'm a weirdo. I would just rather have a dress that is all one piece with no visible horizontal seam because I don't want to wear a belt.2. I believe it says somewhere on the description that it has a built in bra or something?? Well I have large breasts, and that thing basically collapsed the front of the dress once my boobs were in it. Its like the vertical little rib things were not strong enough to hold my boobs. So, if you have big tatas, you'd have to find some kind of bra to wear to support the ladies, but not been seen (no bra bulges or bra straps/seams on your wedding day!). Also, generally when dresses or shirts have a specified boob area (like a cup, or a stitching outlining where to boob is supposed to land), they serve more as an outline for my areolas. BUT this dress does not do that, which I am thankful for.Honestly, If I don't find what I'm looking for, I will come back to Amazon and order this dress in my size. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful for a low key wedding! *by E***D on Reviewed in the United States on January 7, 2019* For having such a small ceremony with family only, this dress couldn’t be any more perfect! The reviews are absolutely right with how it’s very tight in the hips though! The inner material is not stretchy AT ALL. It made it a tad uncomfortable in that area but from the outside it looked absolutely perfect and beautiful! I was amazed by how detailed and gorgeous the lace is. Looks like a much more expensive dress!I am 5’8 140lbs (pictures to show) and I got a size 8. I normally wear a size 6 in jeans and a medium in tops. The size 8 was perfect in length. The only cons were the structuring and train. The train was way too long for my taste. Unfortunately I didn't have the time to get the dress train shortened. It's almost impossible to keep it aired out nicely.If you have large heavy breast, hear me well. You NEED a good strapless bra or it will fold in on it self in the most unflattering way. Im a 34DDD. When trying it on, I thought I'd be fine, but 5 mins later, it had folded in on itself. The structure isn't good enough to support large boobs on its own.The lining and quality of this dress is amazing! I got a lot of compliments. Its very sturdy and comfortable. I didn't use the belt that came with it since it didn't look the best.This wasn't my number one choice but it proved a good back up in less than a week's notice.
