It does what I need it to do. Holds my sheet music just fine. It has these two little arms that hold down your pages. I don't use them. They are kind of annoying they don't fold down anywhere really. I just point them down but they are never really out of the way. I would say that's the only thing I don't really like, but it wasn't enough to return the stand. Just a small annoyance. The stand itself is lightweight and portable. If you are looking for something to hold a music book this isn't it.
