It comes with a pacifier, bottle, diaper and birth certificate. For the price and quality I think it is worth it. I did change the outfit and dressed the doll in premie sized clothes and they still fit a little big. I posted a picture of this 16inch doll next to my daughters 19 inch doll for size comparison.
