We really lucked out-these guys got nothing out of the deal but being able to say they helped us out~ restored my faith in human kind. Review: Do not buy parts from companies that have no company phone/ parts are defected/ warranty not honored - Controller display no longer readable, blank screen. Purchased through desertcart from a company named Leisure Parts Plus. Company has no contact number or website. desertcart informed me that they do bussiness with companies without phone numbers and I would have to message them inside the desertcart website. After following the steps and messaging the company desertcart stated they would have 48 hours to issue my refund. after the first 48 hours no redund and back in contact with desertcart. Now desertcart stated they will be contacting the company and they will hav another 48 hours and if no response then desertcart will be issuing me the refund. After all the days and weeks go by, desertcart informs me that there was no messages sent from them and that i could try and find a website for a company that again has no phone number. Dissapointed in desertcart and its incorrect information, and doing business with companies like these. The part has a 3 year warranty, and the manufacture mentioned that the sellers don't want to honor the warranty. You will need to find out from D1 whether it also fits your spa. It is easy to install and mine came with instructions and an application adhesive. All had the same problem- The LED screen became unreadable. This last one began to fail in 2 years and became unreadable in 21/2 years. It's disconcerting that Dimension One has not fixed this problem in at least 10 years.
