Review: Lovely Item - The toy is lovely but we had an issue on delivery. The troll was not talking and just making a one tone sound. We arranged a swift exchange (excellent service) but the second troll had the same fault. I checked the batteries and replaced them in the second toy as I really wanted to keep it for my granddaughter and it worked. Looks like they have a batch of faulty or expired batteries in the toys I received.
