I haven't experienced it yet, but in small spaces, this oil could accumulate and contribute to dust collection on surfaces.The on device display is easy to use, and so is the app, both control methods are intuitive. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Impressive kit; programmable scent machine; possibly best suited for commercial applications *by K***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 May 2024* First impressions are of a well engineered machine.It feels well made, solid and robust. It is compact and unobtrusive.It is quite a simple idea I guess - you fill the supplied bottle with the essential oil of your choice (only use pure oil and do not mix with water). The device then somehow pumps out a fine mist according to a schedule you set either using the app or the control panel. You set the time it is pumping and the length of the pause between each time the scent is released. You also set the time of day - start and finish.I was easily able to set a daily routine with the control panel. I prefer to first understand the basic principles and am not keen on having to rely on an app. The app will however give you even more control.I tested this with a vanilla oil and it produced a good clear scent. I set it for a 10s pump and a 240s pause. This seemed to provide a good level of aroma. I will experiment with this to get the best setting.I am not sure how long the oil will last - using neat oil could be more expensive than the normal water dilution with regular diffusers. That said the aroma is strong and you don't need to have it running as long with this device.When the pump is working there is a clear noise - about the sound of a fridge I would say. This is not going to be suitable for a lot of domestic settings where the noise could be intrusive - and certainly not in bedrooms while sleeping. Even in living areas the sound could become annoying.
