Each compartment holds one of the following combinations: five 2.5'' deep pans, three 4'' deep pans and one 2.5'' deep pan, two 6'' deep pans and one 2.5'' deep pan; **Q: i noticed that my door wasnt sealing properly the other day is there any fix or suggestion to making this work right again?** A: Our folks often use the Door to lift the unit, thus bending and/or loosening the hinges. They just seem unable to stop themselves from doing it. The bottom of the Door is apparently just too nice of a handle for them not to use! You can buy replacement white door gasket and replacement hinges. Easier fixes than getting folks to pay attention to how they are lifting these. Last 2 I purchased here during manufacturing they really screwed up the heads of the stainless screws in the hinges so we have been unable to tighten those hinges. We will replace those screws when we have time to use EZ outs to remove the screws. So a simple job of tightening the hinges is now more complicated due to a manufacturing issue. Came across this known brand and it seemed quite reasonable. Purchased a couple of these for our group as there are many activities throughout the year where food spoilage/safety can be an issue. These kept food nice and warm at our recent event, 3-4 hours between food delivery and serving time. one small issue that's not a huge deal is that the rubber gasket that makes the seal between the door and body of the unit seemed generic and custom made for the seal.
