My first package of this soup mix was a gift.  I loved it so much and was thrilled that I could get it from amazon.  Man, I love amazon!  Anyway, the soup is hearty and very flavorful.  I like to use hot Italian sausage for the meat and add lots of celery with the onion in an attempt to make it more healthful.  In my opinion, anyone who loves to make and eat soups will enjoy this mix.
