**Q: Did anyone else tote come with one side where the top is bent in? Stops the circle and the plastic in the top in half ?**
A: No !! Mines was just fine

**Q: Does this luandry bag stand up by itself ?**
A: Yes, it stands up by itself, though of course you first have to help it along.

**Q: Does this bag have a metal ring at the top or is it flexible?**
A: It has a semi flexible ring at the top.  My guess is that it is a metal spring like coil.  It holds it's shape nicely but can be partially collapsed with pressure. When pressure is removed, it springs back into shape.
