So far, I have no complaints. I always thought dehydrating food would be difficult; however, this is quite easy. Cut up the fruit or vegetables and arrange on trays and forget about it for eight hours. It is as quiet as advertised. My produce came out crispy--my choice. I like the many screens because that is my preferred way to use it. I used it once after it arrived and it was fine. It was packed away, due to life changes, and not used for a few years. The second time I used it, it ran about 10 minutes and stopped. Nothing I did could make it heat and the fan run. Do not buy this as it does not last or work more than a few times.
