It's refreshing, fruity + herbal taste. I put one packet in a small regular 16oz bottle of water, shake it and drink it. One time I let it sit for a while like hours when it was half left, and it became a little bitter than original taste but it wasn't horrible at all. I like how refreshing and even sweet it is! No problem drinking it at all as far as the taste is concerned.It dissolves easily with vigorous shake of the bottle itself. If someone's using a cup for dissolving it, it might need a lot of stirring though.As far as the function is concerned, we all know there's no magic for weight loss. I've been only taking it for a week or so now, every day, especially after I eat lunch or dinner. I didn't set specific time to drink it. But I want to make sure I'm not empty stomach because I get stomach upset/sick easily from anything.
