Every time I used a mini keyboard remote control, it deactivated the original remote control so I couldn't turn the unit off anymore or even do simple control functions. I had to unplug the power cord and restart it. I tried to get help on their website which is also not functioning. They want a code to match a picture and non of these appear. I finally got frustrated and returned it.

This Android TV box works great. It's cheaper than spending the extra money on a smart TV and has so many more options! The included remote works awesome. It's works great no lag and I can stream full HD movies no problem. Definitely made the right choice.
