It was delivered through UPS and I was only provide ONE tracking number. I ordered this with ample amount of time for an event I was hosting now with 3 days before I’m missing a whole box and desertcart has “no idea” if it’s shipped, if it’s where I’m at, if it never left, and would not give me senders information so I could further reach out. I will add that whenever I received the first box there’s a sticker saying they come at different times but no idea when I should expect it. The cushions will discolor in the sunlight or if they get wet and then look cheap. There was one bent piece on the lounge part, but it's together-ish. So check over all your pieces. The cushions really are not that uncomfortable. They feel like outdoor pillows you'd get from the dollar store, which doesn't bother me.
