I've tried a memory foam and a down and feather pillow but alway had a bit of a stiff neck in the morning but I've been using this one for 2 weeks and, so far, I've been pain free. I'm a side sleeper and this pillow let's me breathe properly all night long too. I'm really please and would recommend anyone who has trouble sleeping to try it.
