The delivery was secure with a OTP required. The box was undamaged and appears genuine. The interior Dyson box too appears genuine with serial numbers etc which I registered online and have had no come back regarding not being real, but not sure if I would get come back. All the parts were there. It’s in full working order. It’s quite beautiful actually… pity it’s a gift… my only complaint would be that it isn’t an UAE/UK plug, but I use multi plug points fortunately so this isn’t a problem for now. I would certainly update if anything seems out of the ordinary.
