The memory foam pads are good quality and the velcro pads are dissent too. The chin strap worked just fine. It didn't come with any instructions as stated by other reviews but if you have a brain cell it's pretty simple to install. I really like the fact it came with 2 sets if inner pads, thin and thick for fine tuning the fit of the helmet.
