The photo is very accurate for color, and the extras (insulated bottle holder, pacifier clip and changing mat) are good quality too. This does not look like a diaper bag - which makes it more likely that Dad won't mind carrying it too :) The 4 zippered compartments each have pockets and elastics to hold things in place - makes it very easy to keep things together yet separate. There is significant padding on the backpack making it comfortable to carry, even if you load it FULL!
