Alikay Naturals Moist Black Soap Shampoo, 8 Ounce

I will use this shampoo for the rest of my life as long as it’s available. I love the smell and my scalp feels clean without feeling dry. It also doesn’t strip all the natural oils out of my hair. If you have any kind of buildup in your hair, this shampoo will not take it out but this isn’t a negative aspect of the shampoo. This shampoo was made to be gentle and natural and not strip everything out. If you use a lot of product in your hair, I recommend using a clarifying shampoo from time to time to get out any residual product.So happy I found this shampoo!

I started using Alikay when I went natural in January 2015. I primarily used the Cowash Me product to wash my hair and another brand for clarifying once a month. About a week or two ago, I ordered this black shampoo and it is my new MUST HAVE! I was very well prepared for the liquid-y consistency and poured it into my hair. I was very and pleasantly surprised when I got full suds and a little does go a long way. I was not expecting that kind of response from this item. It suds as well or better than shampoos I have used in the past with sulfates and the other nonsense I am trying to stay away from. It smells great and my hair felt clean after using it. This is now a new addition to my hair care arsenal and I am very pleased to have it!

Great shampoo, a gentle cleanser that doesn't strip your oils. I have sisterlocks and very dry scalp in the winter so this is my winter shampoo but in the summer when my skin is less dry, I need a stronger cleanser, I felt like it left too much oil behind and didn't feel clean.

It is great product but it doesn't ladder up .

I really like this product. I have natural, 4C hair, and this product does not dry my hair. I say a user on Youtube mention she only focuses the shampoo on her scalp, and that's what I do, and let the runoff take care of the rest. Works great. My hair feels clean, smells great, and my hair is not dried out. I completely gave up shampoo before trying this.

I absolutely love this shampoo, I bought because it's 98% all natural with healing properties. I had a bald spot on my hair due to a really tight sew-in, so I need something natural to help me heal it properly! And yes I get everything I need out this shampoo! It's cleanse really well, my hair is growing back i can tell the nourishment is making my hair and scalp healthier all the way around! I also use the honey and sage deep conditioner and yassss honey, I'll be sticking with this duo for a while!!!

This isnt my first time using this product but this is my first time buying it off amazon. Upon receiving it the color did look lighter than my last bottle as it’s usually a darker solution. When i used it on my daughters hair it was straight up water barely any soap suds it usually does provide a good lather. Im not sure if this is a fake or if the the company changed the formula but i am very disappointed. Waste of money .

I use to use Tropic Isle Living Jamaican Black Castor shampoo but recently changed my shampoo to Alikay Naturals and it was the best decision ever .Alikay Naturals shampoo cleaned and moisturized my hair better. Alikay Naturals doesn't dry the hair like Tropic Isle Living shampoo and smells 10 times better.Thanks Zuri Georgia USA
