Arrived in Costa Rica, no signal though the sim manager on my phone could "see" the sim card. Later, with wi-fi, started with their tech support. First tech guy just ended the chat withot doing anything. Just hung up on me. Second chat guy really tried (kudos to him) but nothing would make this sim card work. NEVER got a signal. Will get a refund and have to go buy a local sim card tomorrow. This was really a pain. Nasty to have no internet when you thought you would, and you are in a foreign country. Oh. I learned that this sim card -though sold in US Amazon - is designed for UK travllers, as it allows them to also call home from central and south American when traveling. No calling to the USA.
