Downloaded app on phone and followed instructions to charge item. Whilst charging read through details. Once charged (90 minutes) was very easy to link to phone app and sort out information it requested. Mainly bought this item as I am being treated for high blood pressure and I already monitor my steps with phone tracker (but found that I was not always carrying phone on me at times so lost some data), I am hoping that with wearing this device it will give a more accurate reading of my movements etc. So far so good and very easy to get up and running, and would highly recommend for anyone that is interested in keeping a record of their health. Another great detail is the price compared to other high street items this seems to do all that they can (apart from not being able to wear in shower).
